Local Official Convicted of Fraud!

PostStar.com article regarding fraud commited by a local official: http://www.poststar.com/news/local/article_7d8d7286-0b8d-11df-9968-001cc4c002e0.html

A member of the Glens Falls, NY Board of Public Safety was recently convicted of fraud for making false statements concerning his back injury that was allegedly incurred when he worked as a postal worker.  Hilariously, William Casey, the claimant, told postal service officials that his injury restrictions "did not apply to his off-duty hours".  Amazingly, this justification fell upon deaf ears, and Mr. Casey faces a possible maximum sentence of up to 5 years in federal prison or a $250,000 fine.
As you can tell from this article, it's not always the ones you expect out there trying to get it over on the system.
